At M-Tech Enterprise, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 05 days of receiving the product.
- After 05 days, returns will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
Brand New Sealed Products
- Returns are only accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used products will not be eligible for return.
Open Box & Refurbished Products
- Must be in like-new condition, with all original accessories and packaging.
- A minimum 20% restocking fee applies if the item shows signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.)
- Home theatre items
- Wearables (smartwatches, earbuds, etc.)
Return Process

- Shipping Costs:
- Customers must cover return shipping expenses.
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Pack the Item Securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Refund & Restocking Fees
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee (minimum 20%) applies for open-box or used items.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee.
Warranty
- 30-Day Domestic Warranty applies to international devices.
- Warranty does not cover liquid or physical damage.
Additional Information
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- M-Tech Enterprise reserves the right to inspect all returns before processing refunds.
